Tiger Tail Garage Addition

This project is located in Olympic Valley and involves the addition of a carport and Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) to an existing parking pad and residence. The design incorporates a cantilevered roof structure to maximize snow removal clearance from the adjacent roadway, addressing the challenges of the mountain environment.

A dedicated entryway for the ADU ensures complete separation between the main residence and the apartment, providing privacy and independence for occupants. This thoughtful layout balances functional utility with year-round livability, while enhancing the overall usability of the site.
